Hello my name is Anita Durant, I am the president of International Mountain Trail Challenge Association (IMTCA) Canada and we offer IMTCA sanctioned Mountain Trail Challenges at my farm in Pontypool, Oak Springs Farm. Mountain Trail is open to all breeds and disciplines of all ages and levels being In-Hand or Riding or both. Mini’s have their own division in a Mountain Trail Challenge. Mountain Trail offers 2 classes in each division, In-Hand and Riding. Actually, mini’s rock the Mountain Trail Course with their suburb in hand skills. Mini’s win the hearts of spectators and competitors alike.
Mark and Lee Bolender the founders of Mountain Trail have a vision of Mountain Trail being a Olympic Sport. We already have FEI supporting the IMTCA rules and regulations and IMTCA has sanctioned and certified Mountain Trail Parks in Australia, Germany, Italy, France, USA and here in Canada.

Oak Springs Farm offers Mountain Trail/Horsemanship Clinics, Cowgirl Getaways, and sanctioned IMTCA Mountain Trail Challenges where you can earn Breed points.
Oak Springs farm will be offering again this year open training in our Mountain Trail Park on Tuesday nights starting May 1, 2018 to October 31, 2017. Cost is $30 per person/Horse combination from 6:00 pm to dusk.
Our clinics, cowgirl getaways and and Mountain Trail challenge dates are TBA. Tentatively, June 9-10, 2018, July 14-15, 2018 and July 21-22, 2018.
