MHCO Fall Awards Banquet & General Meeting

The MHCO Awards Banquet & Fall General Meeting is Sunday October 30, 2016.

Note: if you cannot attend, you can send in your proxy to give your permission to a fellow member to vote on your behalf. (Proxy form is on the MHCO site under the Downloads link)

Sunday October 30th, 2016 at the Fergus Legion, 500 Blair Street, Fergus, Ontario

10:30 am Meet & Greet
11:00 am Awards Presentation: Year end High Point awards for MHCO Club show Series
12 noon – Roast Beef Dinner (tickets must be ordered and prepaid)
1:00pm – Elections & Meeting (agenda was sent out to all current MHCO members via email – had problems attaching it as a link to newsletter – our apologies)

Note: members are welcome to come for just the afternoon session starting at 1pm to attend the meeting (no charge).  Note: this is an election year so please think of who you would like to nominate for your new MHCO Board of Directors.  All positions are open: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer & Directors (5-8) including Youth Director.

Reminder: 2017 MHCO Memberships renewals (and NEW memberships) will be accepted at the Banquet
