Hello MHCO Members,
The MHCO Awards Banquet & Fall General Meeting is Sunday October 28, 2018 being held again at the Fergus Legion, 500 Blair Street, Fergus, Ontario
10:00 am Meet & Greet, Silent Auction item viewing
10:30 am - Awards Presentation: Year End High Point awards for MHCO Club show Series
11:30 am - Roast Beef Dinner * (tickets had to be ordered and prepaid by October 18 2018)* Members are welcome to come for just the afternoon session starting at 1pm to attend the meeting (no charge).
1:00pm - Elections ** & Meeting (click here for Meeting Agenda and Financials). Note: You must attend in person to nominate a member of the Board as Proxy votes are not longer allowed.** This is an election year so please think of who you would like to nominate for your new MHCO Board of Directors. All positions are open: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer & Directors (5-8) including Youth Ambassador.
Silent Auction will take place as time permits during the day (Gently used and new Donations appreciated for Silent Auction as this is a fundraiser for the MHCO)
Reminder: 2019 MHCO Memberships renewals (and NEW memberships) will be accepted at the Banquet.
