New Admin Fees for MHCO Club Shows
Hello MHCO Members,
At the recent Spring General Meeting, it was voted and passed to increase the Club Show Admin fees by $2 (note: no increase for Hosted Shows) to offset some of the losses being incurred at each of the MHCO club shows (Brooklin, Orangeville and Collingwood).
Please see below for clarification:
** All exhibitors must pay the MHCO Admin Fee at each show: There will be a $7.00 Admin fee per horse ($5 for Host shows) if entered into a show before the 2 week deadline. If a horse is entered after the 2 week deadline, but before the show date, there will be a $14 fee per horse ($10 for Host Shows). If a horse is registered the day of the show, there will be a $20 late Admin fee. When the $20 late Admin fee per horse is being charged, the regular Admin fee of $7.00 per horse ($5 for Host Shows) is waived (this will still keep your horse eligible for year end points). **
