Club By Law Amendments to be voted on at upcoming MHCO Spring General Meeting - please review
Hello MHCO Members,
In accordance to our Club By Laws, ARTICLE XIII – AMENDMENTS states:
"1. These By-Laws may be amended by approval of a motion by a two-thirds majority of votes cast at a general meeting, provided that at least three (3) weeks notice is given for such a motion." NOTE: these were sent out December 7, 2017 asking for changes but as no changes were submitted, we are resending now as a courtesy.
Please find attached the proposed By Law Amendments which will be voted on at the 2018 Spring General Meeting on March 25, 2018:
