Officer Appointments on MHCO Board
Hello MHCO Members,
We would like to inform you of some recent changes on the MHCO Board.
At the Spring 2017 General Meeting, Ex-officio Past President & Vice President Doug Savage was appointed to the position of Acting President until the next scheduled election to replace Danny Laycock who resigned as President. At the recent MHCO Board meeting, Carolyn Aarup was appointed to the position of Acting Vice President until the next scheduled election.
In accordance with MHCO By-Laws:
ARTICLE XI – VACANCIES
1. Any Officer or Director of the Club may resign during her/his term of office by giving written notice to the Secretary and President of the Club. Such vacancy may be filled by appointment by the Executive Committee until the next normal election.
