New Feedback/Suggestion form for Members
Hi Fellow MHCO Members!
Have you ever had a great idea, suggestion or concern about the club but were not sure who to send it to?
The MHCO welcomes and encourages all suggestions, comments and concerns and thus have made it easy for you to get more involved in your club! The Executive Committee has created a specific "Suggestions/Comments" form to allow you the opportunity to give your feedback which must be in writing to the Board to be considered.

Please email your completed form to mhco@mhco.ca or send directly to the President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer. Note: In order to be considered, all forms must have the submitter's printed name and signature on it.
