Hello MHCO Members,
MHCO invites you to our Spring Meeting which includes MHCO Honour Roll
Awards presentation, Social, Potluck, Silent Auction.
Sunday March 26th, 2017, Fergus Legion, Fergus, Ontario
10:30 - Social, coffee and treats - MHCO HONOUR ROLL RECIPIENT AWARDS
12 noon - Potluck lunch, everyone please bring your favorite dish
1:00 pm - Meeting ** Please print off a copy of the agenda, including the proposed By Law
Changes (emailed to all members on Feb 26, 2017) & By Laws, to bring with you to
the meeting
3:45 - Announce winners of silent auction tables
4:30 - Adjournment
** PLEASE NOTE: if you have anything to be discussed at the Meeting, it needs
to be included on the Agenda for Spring Meeting. Therefore, in order to be
included, you must forward them to the MHCO Executive at least 2 weeks prior
(by March 12) via email mhco@mhco.ca or by responding to this email.
The Meeting Agenda will be emailed to all members prior to the
meeting.
REMINDER: MHCO is accepting donations for our silent auction so please
bring something to donate to help us fundraise for future events!. Larger
items will be sold by live auction. All proceeds go towards our events
throughout the year.
MHCO logo merchandise will be available for purchase - come check out our
new items!
We would also like to invite you to recycle your unwanted ribbons for reuse
at our MHCO Classic Show. Please bring them to the meeting with you - Every
ribbon makes a difference to help save on ribbon expenses!
