Club By Law Amendments to be voted on at upcoming MHCO Spring General Meeting
Hello MHCO Members,
We hope you plan to attend the upcoming Annual Spring General Meeting on Sunday, March 26, 2017.
In accordance to our Club By Laws, ARTICLE XIII – AMENDMENTS which states:
"1. These By-Laws may be amended by approval of a motion by a two-thirds majority of votes cast at a general meeting, provided that at least three (3) weeks notice is given for such a motion."
